Legday did hams to start as always, squatted up to 4 plates for 3 then dropped down to 2 plates added some chains and did two as many rep sets as possible. Squat are feeling a lot better more up right no pain. #chainsforgains

My favourite hit hamstrings first as you should always smash your weakpoints first in my opinion then worked up to 170kg 374lbs 4x1 after then dropping back down to 100kg 220lbs+chains for 2 amrap sets! Leg press lunges and stiff leg deads to finish! Soaking wet in this heat and sore already! #chainsforgains
