Back at work again for a 12 night shift so I got bored an thought I’d give you guys a cheeky update and fill in. So this picture is from 3 weeks out at the start of this week really feel good now slowly drying out and getting more and more vascular! Then we have my staple breakfast ATM which consists of 1% fat Greek yoghurt chopped strawberries an bananas and topped of with some fruit loops such a good way to start the day and strawberries are suprize lot low in carbs. Then we have my new purchase I’ve upgraded my bike been looking into getting a track frame but was a little put off by the strength factor as im heavier then your average person and hop around a lot so instead I’ve gone the opposite way and got more of a jump fixie volume frame with velocity rims so I got some big ass tyres and the frames slightly smaller so I can throw it around more gonna be way easier to get about on! Pick it up next week! So if anyone is interested in my old bike custom charge plug let me know!! Anyone two weeks left this Sunday also my 21st birthday can’t wait let’s smash it I haven’t come this far to not bring home the hardware!
This is why I love leg day well and truly love a refeed! Had skittles for pre workout and then post workout I had hot salsa rice chicken green peppers and red onion cooked in paprika and soy sauce follow by a black coffee a blueberry special muffin and choc chip cookie!!
Trained legs today and feeling absolutely fucked felt depleted all week. After doing those high rep Deadlifts Tuesday my lower back and hamstrings are super tight even after foam rolling a few times! Tried some of @flexforall mobility and stretches before I started. Still got shit done, put my squat shoes and worked up to 140kgx5 warm up then did 120kg (266lbs)x10x3 and dropped to 60kgx20 doing loads of volume now to get them striations out forcing these bastards to come in now 2.5 weeks!! Did loads of sets and reps today after that full videos on YouTube later.
Capping macros tonight with super thick protein fluff fruit loops and strawberries with a pint of sugar free raspberry jello and summer fruits water!! Boom volume
After training and riding around to get shopping and stuff today walked for 1+ hours to currys and dunelm mill to buy stuff for our new house. Had a crazy pump in my calves then came home and made home made Chinese so good! Burned so many calories today and felt massively depleted but feel a hell a lot of better about my physique after all this rest!
This was pat of my cheat meal Thursday so good! Bubble gym ice cream fruit loops and Belvita yoghurt bars having some voluminous an staying sane 👌 past four days have been meal prepped and boring still good taste but I like variety and volume. 3 weeks out today! Veins are coming in and stubborn areas are starting to budge gotta push the and conquer!
No training for 4 days, longest break of the gym in a long time. New jobs going well though and think I’ll be happy here getting my meals in and still cycling to and from work so getting some cardio in. May look into changing my routine as I have less days now doing 4 days on days off. Can’t wait to hit the stage and get freaky shredded!
