Legday did hams to start as always, squatted up to 4 plates for 3 then dropped down to 2 plates added some chains and did two as many rep sets as possible. Squat are feeling a lot better more up right no pain. #chainsforgains

Legs legs legs legs legs! My favourite hit hamstrings first as you should always smash your weakpoints first in my opinion then worked up to 170kg 374lbs 4x1 after then dropping back down to 100kg 220lbs+chains for 2 amrap sets! Leg press lunges and stiff leg deads to finish! Soaking wet in this heat and sore already! #chainsforgains

After having four hours sleep working a twelve hour shift I went down to @apollogym and trained back! Also the hottest day of the year so far 😅😓😡 sweated the most I think I have ever sweated! But anyway yeah do I matched my deadlift PR 250kg 550lbs but without straps an beltless! got stuck on my legs and I hitched loads but not worried! Tried again after and got stuck just above the knees! Lock out is a problem for me been doing block pulls the past few weeks to try and improve this! #sweatcity #thehitcher
