Haven’t trained legs in two weeks! But today I finally got it done was just gonna do a chilled session as I know it’s gonna kill tomorrow. But I couldn’t help myself got 7 reps outta 140kg. Went up to 4 plates got 1 dropped to 3 got 6 dropped to 2 got 10 after that I was sucking air and the sweatiest dude in the world! #squatcity
